Professional Portfolio Leadership Role Technological Society

Question: Describe about theProfessional Portfolio and Leadership Role Technological Society?. Answer: Mission: My mission is to attain the doctoral degree so that I can assume leadership role in the information-driven and technological society .I intend to implement innovative methods of learning and practicing clinical skills in an industry. Since, I already have several Computer Industry certifications; I am sufficiently adept in handling and operating computer. It has been observed that most of the employees or professionals, are not much aware of the practical skills required to attain a comprehensive knowledge of the subject. My mission is to create the possibility for these employees to learn and acquire these technical skills by learning from multimedia content. I have enrolled myself in this course because I intend to imbibe the skills of a good leader. As I want to assume leadership role in a technologically driven industry, my mission is to learn the qualities of confidence, assertiveness, empathy, motivation and efficient implementation of the formulated plans. It has been observed that a true leader is not only the one who communicates well, but also someone who listens to the problems and queries of his subordinates. I want to improve my listening skills, empathetic and ethical attitude towards my subordinates, and my power to solve problems resourcefully, in even the most crucial moments (Cucheon et al., 2015). I believe studying this doctoral degree will help me develop my teaching skills as well as polish my leadership skills so that I can engage myself more confidently in the innovative system of practical skills teaching institutions. Vision: My vision, is to be able to develop my communicative skills, in terms of both written as well as verbal skills. I also want to engage in activities relatedto peer review, whereby I intend to scrutinize the works of the scholars before they are published. Furthermore, whatever knowledge, I acquire in the process, I intend to put it to use for researching more Nowadays, the education system has become more of a computer-based system, whereby the students get the opportunity of polishing their practical skills with the help of computer based training programs that demonstrate and explain complex , practical skills in an easier way. My mission is to earn a doctoral degree that shall assist me in develop and getting an in-depth study of the practical skills of learning. I also desire to use my existent knowledge, that shall help me assume leadership role in a technologically driven society. Furthermore, I intend to publish my own work through this research program, by dint of which I inten d to research and publish my findings about the impact and interrelation between public sectors and the educational sectors. I wish to make the best use of technological and innovative means of imparting education. Many schools have highly qualified faculty, and even technological tools for practical classes. But the problem is that these schools do not have the suitable faculty for incorporating technology and innovative ideas into the academic curriculum. I already have successfully employed a varied range of tech-based materials, which I desire to put to use for educating the students. With the help of my digital program, I not only, intend to show the students the audio-visual presentation of the procedures of the clinical skills being performed, but I also intend to record the students performance and learning outcome. Since, I already have had access to IT resources, which I had put to use in my previous schools, I wish to help my students to gain access to these resources for getting an in-depth into a highly standardized form of clinical education. Through the doctorate degree, I would like to gain the expertise required, in addition to my previous academic qualification, to educate the students in having a greater comprehension of the practical application of the subjects being taught. Core values: As already mentioned, I have sufficient knowledge, degree and expertise to enable me to exploit fully a computer based teaching mode. Considering this, I would like to work with people of various socio-economic backgrounds, and teach them the novel and innovative methods of learning. Further, I do not intend to just teach them and help them with practical skills, but I desire to let them enjoy the creative power of asserting new ideas and discovering new ways to experiment with the practical skills. I would like to arrange for them videotapes containing the application of a set of clinical skills, associated with the particular chapter taught on a day, and then invite the students to explain and interpret the presentation on their own. The innovative form of teaching via computer based learning will help the students get a clear, vivid and more practical idea about the lessons , and I shall help them in linking their theoretical knowledge with practical skills (Bloomfield etal. 2013) . As I have already got working experience in diverse schools, whereby I have got the opportunity of imparting training to the students from all over the world, and with various socio-cultural backgrounds, I want to use my computer skills further for contributing to the development of education. It has been noticed through studies, that often highly potent students are unable to interpret their clinical skills in absence of sufficient technical programs demonstrating the application of theoretical knowledge in practical skills. As I already have got degree in computer education, I want to use this doctoral degree to develop my clinical skills, to enable myself to teach the practical application of such skills in real life.
